DELIVERY INFORMATION
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day for orders received before 2pm GMT/BST Monday – Friday.
For orders received after 2pm GMT/BST Monday – Thursday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
For orders received after 2pm GMT/BST on a Friday or Public Holiday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
Next Day Saturday Delivery
For all orders placed before 2pm on a Friday, we offer the option of having these delivered on a Saturday to fit around your life.
Orders up to £50 this service will cost £7.95
Orders over £50 this will cost £3.95 (standard delivery costs are covered).
DPD Local Pick-Up
The DPD Pickup service offers a convenient and secure pickup location. When your order is delivered to your chosen DPD Pickup location, you will receive an email with a Pickup Pass letting you know your order is ready to collect. Please bring your Pickup Pass when you go to the Pickup Point as you will need to show this at the location to collect your order. Orders are held for 7 days before the order is sent back to Red Paddle Co if they are not collected within that time. Please note, non-pickup of your parcel does not constitute an item return. If you wish to return your order, you must pickup your parcel and then follow our standard returns process.
Orders up to £50 this service will cost £4.95
Orders over £50 qualify for FREE Delivery.
UK Mainland Deliveries
For orders under the value of £50 we offer the choice of DPD Next Working* Day Delivery at a cost of £4.95 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is a 2-3 working day delivery from dispatch for a cost of £3.00.
For orders over the value of £50, delivery is via DPD Next Working* Day Delivery at a cost of £4.95. DPD delivers Monday – Friday as standard
(*Next working day delivery does not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays as a delivery day).
In summary – if you place your order before 2pm Monday-Thursday, you can expect to receive your parcel the next day if you choose the DPD option.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday and before 2pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday, if being delivered via DPD.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday (assuming no bank holidays), if being delivered via DPD.
For orders over £50 in value, we provide DPD Next Working* Day Delivery free of charge.
Remote locations
We encourage you to provide your mobile number when you check out, so you can receive notifications from DPD or Royal Mail and monitor or make changes to your delivery, your number will not be used for anything else.
